Shipping & In-Store Pickup Details

Shipping Overview

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CST) will be shipped the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after noon on Friday and on weekends will be shipped on Monday. We do not ship on holidays.

Once submitted, all orders are final. Changes cannot be made after your order has been processed.

We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on weight. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Suite Child cannot be responsible for theft of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check all information before placing your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

FREE & Flat Rate Shipping

Orders of $75+ will ship for FREE! We offer a flat rate of $5.99 on everything else! The free shipping and flat rate offers apply only to regular-sized items (we do not ship oversized items at this time) and orders shipping within the continental U.S.A.  We do not ship any orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Dates

If there is a known shipping wait, it is noted in the individual product listing.  Any delivery dates provided by Suite Child are estimates.  We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready.  Suite Child will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your “My Account” page. FREE In-Store Pickup & Curbside Delivery

We offer FREE in-store pickup and curbside delivery during our regular store hours. Simply select “FREE in-store pickup” at checkout and shipping will not be charged to the order.

If you would like curbside delivery, please call 308-237-3044 to let us know when you plan to arrive at Suite Child and we will deliver your order to your vehicle once you arrive.

NOTE: Please allow 1-2 days (excluding weekends) for in-store pickup orders. If you need something ASAP, please call us as 308-237-3044 to let us know you need an expedited pickup and we will do our best to accommodate.

An ID is required for pickup. If someone other than the person listed on the order is picking up, please notify us by commenting on your order notes or by emailing or calling us.

Orders not picked up after seven days (unless otherwise notified of later pickup) will be returned to stock and store credit will be issued.

Oversized Items

If your order contains any oversized items, those items are only available for in-store pickup at this time. Oversized items are designated as such in the “Shipping Information” tab shown on the individual product page. All other regular-sized items in your order will ship accordingly unless you select “FREE in-store pickup” at checkout.

Return Policy

At Suite Child, we are committed to providing excellent products to our customers. If you don’t absolutely love your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email orders@suitechild.com with the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.

Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase, for store credit only. Store credit never expires.

Returned merchandise must be in original product packaging with tags attached, and in new condition. We will also need a copy of your receipt.

If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please notify Suite Child immediately and we will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary replacement parts or product.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: bloomers & diaper covers, bow ties and neckties, breast pumps and accessories, car seats and bases, drop shipments, furniture, girls jewelry and scarves, hair accessories, hats, photo props, special orders, strollers, and suspenders.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
